We are looking for a Regional Plant Operations Director to oversee facility maintenance operations at our health campuses in the area surrounding Southwest Indiana. The area to be covered by this Region is Indiana Southwest territory (Evansville to Louisville to Indianapolis to Terre Haute.)

Responsibilities for this position entail:
- Provide leadership and mentoring support for campus staff.
- Works with campus Executive Directors to ensure all regulatory codes are maintained and followed.
- Performs interviews for the Plant Operations positions to assist Executive Directors in making sure all candidates have the technical ability to perform their duties.
- Assists with contractor selection and performance when requested.
- Provides training for Plant Operations and Environmental Service Directors.
- Works to ensure Preventative Maintenance programs are being followed.

Requirements The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in multi-property management - 5 years minimum 
- Strong background in electrical, mechanical, and construction
- Strong background in the building trades and understanding of building codes
- Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or hospitality industries preferred
- Experience working with state regulatory agencies is a plus
Extensive Travel required; Most travel will be day trips by car but the Regional Plant Operations Director is to be available 24/7. There will be occasional overnight stays.
- This position is hands on when needed
