JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accurately take and enter customer phone sales orders.
· Daily order processing, confirmation and invoicing.
· Ensure proper order documentation adding comments and date of completion.
· Reconcile check and cash deposits & credit card.
· Builder E-Schedules coordination.
· Purchase Orders maintenance.
· Customer service and contact liaison.
· Service and warranty order maintenance.
· Office administration of vendors, maintenance, etc.
· Answering the main phone lines.
· Must successfully pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multi-task and manage time in a productive manner.
· Ability to organize and maintain paper flow efficiently.
· Basic understanding of business operations.
· Accurately type at least 50 WPM
· Knowledge of Colorado Springs area and subdivisions is a plus.
