This is a part-time, 3 days per week with benefits opportunity. Initially the ideal candidate will be available 5 days a week until mid-January when the hours will drop back to 24 hours per week. You will be responsible for donor relations support including processing contributions and acknowledgements. In addition, you will provide other administrative support for the department. Responsibilities:
- Record contributions and donor acknowledgements.
- Accurately enter information into Raiser’s Edge.
- Process and mail thank you letters.
- Process memorial cards and letters.
- Work closely with finance, bereavement and clinical to ensure information is accurate.
- Maintain Raiser’s Edge donor base.
- Enter patient and family information from Suncoast.
- Update information in Raiser’s Edge – constituent information, codes, etc.
- Create queries and export data – donor and mailing lists – for publications such as the annual report, newsletters, special events and direct mail appeals.
- Prepare accurate reports from Raiser’s Edge.
- Provide administrative support for the department.
- Provide administrative support for department as needed.
- Assist with special events, as needed.
- Handle donor questions and requests, by telephone, letter or email.
- Answer questions, relay messages accurately.
