Field Sales Rep

Color Spot Nurseries has been a leader in the wholesale production of color and ornamental plants for over 25 years. We are currently recruiting for a hands on Key Account Field Representative for the Walmart account to provide exceptional field service results that support the programs, initiatives and performance objectives of Color Spot Nurseries and Walmart. 

This position will be responsible for building, cultivating and maintaining internal and external customer relationships that foster the continued growth of the Walmart account in the Alexandria/Baton Rouge, Lousiana area.

Qualified candidates must be driven, self motivated, possess strong management, organizational and communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels.  Must demonstrate well developed personal skills with the ability to work effectively, individually and in a team environment.

A proven track record of successful hands on management of a high volume account with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations is required.

Must be capable of performing strenuous physical activities in varying weather conditions, have reliable transportation and good driving record.
