Sales Support (3 openings)

JOB TITLE: Sales Support
CONTRACT: 2 direct hire openings, 1 temp-to-direct
SHIFT: 1st shift
PAY RATE: $15-$17/HR
LOCATION: East Rochester, NY

1) Order processing  for specified accounts including order entry, order discrepency resolution, and order expediting.
2) Responsible for the understanding of various channels of trade and markets to be able to assist the customer with price quotes and product needs.
3) Primary contact for customer ordersn working closely with internal departments (sales, supply chain, credit) for order resolution including timely and complete processing.
4) Ensure customer sccounts, item files, pricing, promotions, carriers,  and delivery instructions are setup accurately in the SAP system.

Minimum Requirements

·Excellent communication skills and customer service telephone skills.  Must be able to tactfully address customer and peer issues phone and email.

·Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task in deadline situations and take initiative

·Good problem solving, decision making, negotiating skills

·Strong computer skills required, SAP knowledge preferred

·Effective team member.  Must enjoy working in a team environment and to share workload and ideas

·Ability to take initiative

·Excellent performance and attendance history

·Associates Degree preferred
