Description Will repair various kinds of electro-mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot suspected problems with AC or DC motors. Assemble/disassemble motors noting configuration and condition of each part. Clean motors and assemblies using washers/steamers, glass beaders, and caustic tanks. Correctly measure for and requisition replacement parts. Replace defective or worn bearings, brushes, gears, seals, switches, brakes, clutches, fans, etc. Test repaired equipment for proper operation. Complete paperwork for each job. Keep area neat and clean. Assist other staff and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Electrical Motor Repair experience. Good candidates come from Auto/diesel mechanics or Industrial maintenance mechanics.

Pay is based on Experience.

$12.00- $17.00 per hour with mechanic experience

up to $20.00 per hour with motor mechanic experience
