Take charge of our residential mortgage servicing operations for Orange and Riverside Counties.  You will spearhead essential changes in how we service the residential loans in our Southern California portfolio.  Implement important new software changes and develop loan administration policies and procedures for proper compliance reporting.  Key duties include:

•     Managing and training a team of loan documentation and servicing professionals
•     Conducting operational test audits of the entire servicing area
•     Be part of the loan software implementation team
•     Advise senior management of compliance issues and changes
•     Develop standards for documentation control
•     Devise compliance exception reports
•     Work with outside auditors to evaluate effectiveness of compliance reporting

Candidates should have 5+ years in mortgage banking with a background in loan servicing and/or loan documentation.  Experience in supervising one or more of the funcitonal  areas of residential mortgage operations is essential.  A degree in business, accounting or computers would be an important plus but a degree is not required.  If you have had experience in implementing new systems or reporting techniques that would give you immediate consideration.  California residents only.
