Capitol High Academy is a public charter high school in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Capitol High Academy's charter is governed by the 100 Black Men Captiol Charter Initiative, and the day-to-day operated day-to-day by EdisonLearning, Inc. Both ensure the same high standards envisioned in the charter.

Capitol High Academy mission is to prepare students for higher education and the career of their choice by ensuring mastery of skills, knowledge, and the tools needed to succeed in society through a commitment to educational excellence, civic responsibility and respect for the community, environment and a global society. Guided by our commitment to academic excellence, leadership, character development, mentoring, integrity, entrepreneurship, and community service, the Capitol High Academy will make a difference in the lives of the students and our community. We seek to build on the community’s many strengths without shying away from tackling problems that threaten to distract or impede our children’s academic and social progress.
