Electrical Engineer/ Project Manager, Technical CSR

Description Electrical Engineer/ Project Manager       $50's+++
Under guidance of senior management manages projects from receipt of order through shipment.  Compares purchase orders, work orders, and proposals to ensure clarification of customer specifications and negotiates and implements any changes or additions after order placement.  Assists in negotiations with outside vendors for equipment and documentation, finalizes all outstanding issues relating to equipment design, QC, and shipping, and coordinates installation and start up support with technical services group.  Serves as primary contact between company and customer.
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with 1-2 years project management experience is required.  


Technical Customer Service Representative   $40's, - 50'syr
Provides technical support to the customer service team by verifying equipment application variances in comparison against operated conditions, investigating issues and communicating findings with engineering team to determine best processes, and provides quote and order documentation compliant with requirements of domestic and international customers, off site sales personnel, SMART team, and other relevant departments. 
Minimum of Associate degree in Engineering, 1-2 years professional business experience, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings required.
