 BELMARK inc is an award winning converter of pressure sensitive labels, printed flexible packaging and folded cartons. Due to growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative for the Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities:

• The person in this position will provide fast, friendly, caring and dependable service to our customers
• Selling value-added on Pressure Sensitive Labels, Flexible Film and Folded Cartons.
• Service and maintain existing customers, as well as find new accounts for all three business units.
• Work as a team with all internal support people to meet or exceed customers' needs.

Sales Rep

• The person in this position will be located in  Phoenix, Arizona  area.
• The position requires 1-5 years sales experience working for a printing or packaging company, printing flexible film, pressure sensitive labels or folded cartons
• The person will have demonstrated excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Meeting or exceeding the sales plan
• Maintaining existing accounts
• Developing new accounts through cold calls and prospecting
• Providing complete and accurate customer information to the support team
• Aggressively promoting the BELMARK Mission Statement
• Following up on complaints and past due accounts
• Providing a 3-month forecast on all three business units, as well as new face-to-face account calls monthly
• Providing a yearly territory sales plan, and attending three sales meetings per year at BELMARK inc in De Pere, WI.
