O'Reilly Auto Parts is currently recruiting for Supervisors In Training to join our Atlanta Distribution Center management team.
We are currently recruiting for relocatable and non-relocatable Supervisory Trainees to join our Distribution Center Management Team. Candidates will be assigned to one of the departments after successfully completing a 26-week supervisory training program.
Requirements
- Applicants should be able to motivate, train, guide, and counsel team members within assigned departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and people skills a must
- Must be able to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately as well as multi task
- Candidates should have a minimum of one year supervisory experience ina retail, distribution center or manufacturing environment.
- Qualified candidates must have a solid work history and excellent human relation skills.
- A degree in management or related field is preferred
