Catholic Charities has a FT opening for a QMRP in our Sils/Waviered Program.  This position will be responsible for the assessment of client needs and the development, supervision and delivery of client services.  This position also assures compliance with SILS, MR/RC and TBI/CADI Waivered Services.  Requires Social Work or related degree with QMRP status or qualified to receive such.  3 yrs related experience working with persons with developmental disabilities or other related experiences.  Requires valid driver's license.

Adult Foster Care Home Supervisor

Catholic Charities has an immediate FT opening for an Adult Foster Care Home Supervisor at the St. Francis Home in Waite Park. The home supervisor assures the general health, safety and habilitation of the clients and is responsible for the daily operations of the home and supervision of program staff. Requires a Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field with QMRP status and 4 years experience working with people with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors. Experience should include assessing, developing and monitoring client plans. This position also needs to demonstrate a complete knowledge of Rule 40 programs.
