Salespeople will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers both on the lot and over the phone. They must be able to lend guidance and assistance to customers throughout the buying process by way of fact finding, proper product presentation, demonstration drives, etc. You will also be responsible for generating additional traffic to the lot by way of outside prospecting through social networking, cold calling, etc. Sales people will also be responsible for negotiating figures, finalizing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale.
