Sales associate-Looking for a top business sales associate that wants to get into the exciting world of Sales.  This is  a great opportunity to transition into the Sales and Marketing industry.  Contribute to achieving national sales quotas by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans in assigned regions. Provide current, accurate and meaningful product information to business owners and other customers for the primary purpose of selling the customer on company's products.

 

  • Meet all quarterly sales associate objectives for company's  products. Implement and assist in developing marketing and sales strategies as directed.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product knowledge meetings, conventions and training programs as required.
  • Demonstrate mastery of basic sales skills as outlined in the initial training program.
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of company’s competitive products.
  • Demonstrate effective interaction with all company personnel.
    Maintain up-to-date sales call records for  field contacts.
  • Submit sales reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain organized, clean and proper sample and literature storage.
  • Maintain a professional business-like appearance at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a territory operational plan designed for efficient coverage/call back frequency of high volume business owners. 
  • Develop and maintain a positive business climate for the Company.
