Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing marketing programs for the three Hot Topic brands. This role supports online marketing goals and strategies for affiliate, paid search, advertising and partnership marketing. Must ensure a consistent brand experience across programs and marketing vehicles. Responsible for meeting revenue goals, managing budget and program reporting. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

 

  • Drive business to meet affiliate revenue and network growth and optimization goals
  • Proactively develop and oversee marketing and promotion campaigns for Hot Topic, Torrid and Shockhound
  • Program management includes driving affiliate, paid search, ad buys, partnerships and other direct marketing.
  • Responsible for publisher acquisition, retention and optimization
  • Provide reporting and analysis to maximize performance. This includes, but is not limited to: campaign analysis; ROI analysis; revenue and budget pacing; and making recommendations.
  • Drive integration of customer analytics, site and segments, to gain insight to our customer
  • Oversee 3rd party service providers
  • Lead and partner with marketing, merchandising and creative teams on marketing campaigns
  • Assist managers and partners with external business partners to drive marketing campaigns from inception to completion and provide recommendation for efficiencies.
  • Regularly research online marketing to stay current on best practices and changing industry trends
  • Assist with planning and implementation of all new Online Marketing and CRM initiatives
  • Maintain and develop relationships with affiliates. Monitoring commission rates, create marketing messages and promotional calendar in order to effectively communicate with the affiliates on business focus on an ongoing basis.
  • Assists in developing marketing initiatives to expand site customer base and to optimize sales.
  • Pursues new online business opportunities via shopping sites, plus size sites, community sites, and other partnerships in order to help increase sales and site visibility.
Requirements Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or related fields
  • 3+ years of online marketing and related experience
  • Experience managing third party vendors and partners.
