Express Employment Professionals is searching for a highly motivated individual to join our team on the West Side.  Express has 5 locations in Indy Metro and over 550 nationally.

Our Staffing Consultant/Inside Sales Representative position is a highly diverse position.  The individual will be responsible for interviewing applicants and making job matches with our client companies on a daily basis.  Additionally, there will be inside sales activities that you will be required to do on a daily basis.

This individual will be working directly with our clients and building and deepening our business relationships.  Direct responsibility for growing the account base is a key component of the position.

The Staffing Consultant/Inside Sales position requires someone to be highly detail oriented and someone who has excellent time management skills. 




 


Job Requirements 

Below are the basic requirements for the Staffing Consultant/Inside Sales Rep:

1.  4 Year College Degree is required
2.  2-4 years of Inside/Outside sales experience is preferred.
3.  Excellent communication and presentations skills.
4.  Detail oriented.
5.  Highly energetic and motivated.
6.  Flexible and excellent team player.
7.  Results oriented and Results Focused
8.  Able to multi-task and be detail oriented
9.  High sense of urgency
10.Excellent Time Management skills
