Senior Director Customer Care and Quality
Established company, where customer care is vital to the success of the organization, is seeking a goal oriented, strategic minded, self starter to design, implement, and manage company’s quality program. Individual will interact with field locations and provide management support to improve the quality of the operations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

Prior hands on experience in designing, implementing and managing quality program

Five or more years of prior hands on customer service experience

Prior experience in managing people

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to assume responsibility and take control of situations

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Solid understanding of transportation logistics
