Summary of Store Manager / Assistant Manager

We have openings for store Managers and Assistant Managers in the Princeton/ Honea area.

Responsibilities of Store Manager / Assistant Manager Include :

Responsible for all aspects of the business such as;

Banking
Daily bookkeeping
Cash, inventory and labor control
Merchandising
Marketing
Profitability
Hiring, firing and training employees
Store appearance and customer service.

Requirements

Store Manager / Assistant Manager

Requirements for Store Manager / Assistant Manager:

Must have previous experience in retail management
Must have hands on management style
Able to be a self-motivator with the ability to motivate others
Able to lead and create teamwork
Applicants must live within a 30-mile radius of locations.
