Construction Superintendent- Healthcare

Petra Construction Corp. is a mid-sized general contracting/construction management firm seeking a commercial superintendent for private sector healthcare projects primarily located in Fairfield and New Haven Counties.

• At least 5 to 10 years experience as a commercial construction superintendent or foreman
• Healthcare/Clean Room experience
• Self-perform interior fit-up work when needed
• Capable of planning, scheduling and laying out work for employees
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors
• Accept job site deliveries
• Process paperwork as required by company policies and applicable contracts
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of record drawings
• Effective communicator and company representative who has the ability to work with Owners, field personnel and project management staff
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Post-Offer physical and drug screen
• Strong safety record
