Description
Rapidly growing family of companies in Ontario, California is currently seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our family of companies as a Staff Sales Assistant. Company offers an excellent benefits package.
Join a fast paced work environment selling services within the plumbing and mechanical industries. Potential candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining a list of prospective clients with our industry, conduct customer satisfaction studies, and attend trade shows and industry association chapter meetings: with domestic and international travel opportunities.
Responsibilities: balance clerical and administrative tasks with heavy contact with prospective and existing clients. Ideal candidate must posses the ability to accurately and effectively communicate with peers and clients; excellent oral and written skills are a mandatory. Must also possess ability to multi-task, coordinate and maintain many projects and/or tasks simultaneously and be able to work under pressure.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred (or equivalent experience with high school diploma) with at least 5 years in customer service emphasizing sales. Experience in accounting and bookkeeping required.
Advanced computer skills
