AREA MORTGAGE SUPERVISOR (AMS)



National Mortgage Company has full time opportunity to perform a variety of analytical, administrative, operational and supervisory functions associated with mortgage collections, portfolio management, REO sales and service work.   AMS position requires a background in collections and working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices act.  Prior supervisory expereince preferred.  Competitive salary, auto advance, ability to relocate after training is required - we promote from within!   Position requires working extended hours and clean reliable transportation.



 

Scope Data/Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to drive long distances.


Job Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Traits:
  • Requires a high school education and further education/experience in accounting, finance, marketing, or business management is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in collections and the ability to perform diligent follow-up are required.  Prior supervisory expereince preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate with customers and employees in a manner which exudes self-confidence and even temperament.
