Prior experience selling staffing (Direct Hire, Contract or Temporary) services.
Cultivate a targeted list of companies (30-60-90 day Pipeline)within a protected geographic territory.
Ability to conduct market assessments and assist in the preparation of business plans
Excellent prospecting, presentation and selling skills with the ability to achieve quota.
Work successfully in a team environment and develop/maintain personal/business relationships
Execute a top-down sales approach targeting Presidents, CFOs, and HR Directors.
