This a telecommuting position/Remote/Work from Home/ areas include Pacific/West/Southwest.
The Solution Consultant III is responsible for implementing the Advanced Scheduling solution using the Kronos implementation methodology in Healthcare customer environments, multiple locations and/or single facility entities, in the Clinical and Ancillary Department setting. The successful candidate will utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones, budgetary parameters, to provide customer specific outcomes.
The successful candidate will work in a team environment at customer sites to implement and support products that Kronos sells to its customers, and will work closely with the Kronos Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers toward completing system implementations.
Other responsibilities will include the following customer/site related tasks:
• Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments.
• Perform leading practice analysis.
• Configure software applications. Understand integration between products.
• Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors.
• Provide knowledge transfer for customers.
• Analyze enhanced requirements and creating process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications.
• Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.
Requirements/Specific Skills
• Bachelors Degree, Registered Nurse, Vendor Implementation experience, or related field.
• Requires 5 to 10 years of work related experience.
• Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
• Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, identifies engagement follow-on opportunities, and has a strong desire to excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel as needed up to 50%.
