Job Description
Job Skills/Requirements
The Corporate Wellness Manager will be responsible for the implementation and management of the Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) system-wide wellness operations, education and engagement program. His/her responsibilities will center around partnering with CHIs market-based organizations to identify health management needs and match those needs with local and system-wide wellness resources within the context of CHIs broader Culture of Health strategy to positively impact the health and productivity of individual worksite locations (IWLs) and CHI collectively.
The duties for this position are structured through 2 primary channels: The System-Wide Roles and the Individual Worksite Location (IWL) Roles.

System-Wide Roles: These system-wide roles focus on all program components driven and directed by CHI Corporate, which will remain consistent and synchronized across all IWLs.

IWL Coordination Roles: These roles focus on wellness program components that are specific to one or more business operation worksites. The components of IWL-specific programs are supplemental to, but not a substitute for, the System-Wide Wellness Program.

Language Ability: Ability to clearly articulate purpose and direction while energizing and encouraging others to action
Presentation Skills: Ability to organize clear and concise presentation points within a presentation format and deliver those points in an informative, engaging and articulate way that supplements written points
