All successful candidates begin at Jason’s Deli as managers in training. Our 10-week training program will give self-starters the solid foundation essential to growth and success. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to manage a high volume deli. Compensation for all management consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus program with attainable goals reached by a team effort. Other benefits include.

JASON’S DELI MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE IS SET UP AS FOLLOWS:
GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager oversees the excellent operation of a single unit. They are responsible for the training and development of the Assistant Managers as well as developing a strong and satisfied customer base through superior service, marketing and advertising.
Salary Range including bonus: $45,000 - $70,000 per year
ASSISTANT MANAGERS
The Assistant Manager positions are divided into 3 levels. The First Assistant is involved in staffing, training, administration, and managing food and labor costs. Second Assistants are given direct responsibility for producing and maintaining the production line along with the responsibility of running shifts. The Catering Director is responsible for assuring prompt and courteous service to those customers who dine outside of the restaurant by managing a staff of delivery drivers and customer service assistants. A Catering Director is also focused on identifying and meeting with potential outside catering opportunities to establish relationships with these companies and organizations and build new catering customers throughout the market.
Salary Range including bonus: $28,000 to $45,000 per year
