Description Pegasus Communication Solutions (PCS) is looking for an individual who can contribute to achieving national sales goals by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans in an assigned region. Provide current, accurate and meaningful product information to small, medium, large companies, and other customers, for the primary purpose of selling telecommunications brands, other networking products and their benefits to customers.  This is a highly lucrative commission based position.
Requirements

·         Meeting all quarterly sales objectives for PCS products.

·         Developing and maintain excellent consultative selling skills.

·         Selling the benefits and attributes of PCS brands to all key customers

·         Demonstrating advanced and articulate product knowledge of PCS brands, competitive products, and services. 

·         Establishing positive and productive relationships among customer networks within territory

·         Prioritizing efforts and resources based on an understanding of products, territories, and the marketplace for effective coverage of key customers and networks.

·         Analyzing sales performance and adjusts business plan and approach accordingly.

·         Implementing and provide input to marketing and sales strategies.

·         Maintaining up-to-date call records for all customers and other field contacts,

·         Developing and maintaining a positive business climate for the Company.

·         Representing a positive and professional image of PCS externally and internally.

·         Consulting with management on unusual problems or situations.

·         Participating in sales meetings, conventions and training programs as required.

·         appropriately maintaining and managing samples, literature, etc.

·         Maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory policies.

Requirements Bachelor's degree required, preferably in telecommunication/technologies/business/communication area of study.

Experience in selling:  CISCO, Adtran, Polycom, Sonicwall,Audiocodes, Dialogic, NET/Quintum, Plantronics, and SUTUS is a plus..
