Description

Responsible for overseeing the paving and grading of many major road construction projects. You will have the opportunity to become a leader in this new division of a very sucessful 80 year old company. You will have the opportunity to become the heavy highway division manager as this company continues to grow. In the beginning you will manage all the operations, budgets and manpower for a 12 million dollar paving and grading project. You must be available to manage this project from a job trailer in a offsite location in Colorado. If you are the kind of professional that works well and manages well without day to day supervision this is the position for you. You will have complete responsibility for the project and client management. You will be offered more responsibility as this division grows. Requirements B.S. degree and 7 years experience in heavy highway, road construction and grading projects in a progressive management role. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Excellent computer skills in project management software.
