We are a privately owned solutions provider & world leader in the user interface devices, electronics & thermal markets, & we are guided by our principles of innovation, performance & customer satisfaction. Located in Cannon Falls, we are looking for a Shift Manager to direct & coordinate activities of the first shift production personnel in processing materials for manufacturing products. Responsibilities include hiring, & training employees; planning, assigning, & directing work; appraising performance; disciplining employees; addressing complaints & resolving problems.
Requirements
Requires Associate's degree or equivalent, and 4–6 years of direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong computer skills, experience with an MRP system.
