JOB SUMMARY
Oversee and manage all aspects of Division operations in order to ensure maximization of company profits and sales growth. Provide leadership, direction and administration of all aspects of the Divisional activities to ensure accomplishment of objectives. The successful candidate will have the ability to expand one’s territory throughout the eastern region of the company.

Requirements
REQUIRED QUALITIES/CHARACTERISTICS
- Relevant BS degree required
- Strong communicator (shop floor to a board level)
- Prior experience as a GM, Division President, or VP
- Strong supervisory and management experience
- Prior experience successfully creating and driving a strategy for growth
- Significant experience managing Operations, On-Site Services, Finance and Sales.
- An effective decision maker who has demonstrated strong analytical skills and sound financial acumen in $20M + businesses
