Requirements for Call Center Customer Service Representative:

• Candidates must be energetic, organized and independent.
• Applicants must be able to work an open schedule in a fast paced environment that requires ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Pleasant, outgoing personality and professional appearance are a must.
• One year experience in Customer Service or Sales experience preferred must be computer literate and bilingual.
• New hires will be required to pass licensing exam no later than two weeks after hire date.
