As the Inbound Logistics Analyst, you will gain valuable experience designing, implementing and managing transportation solutions in coordination with the material flow group and the transportation team.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the right candidate will participate in a highly visible improvement project with tremendous technical learning and growth opportunities. You will be expected to act as an informal leader in the organization, demonstrating collaborative abilities through persuasion and influence.

In this role, you will be responsible for
• Designing and implementing transportation routes and documenting standard work.
• Analyzing data from multiple sources, researching root cause, and recommending improvements.
• Coordinating and facilitating design discussions between multi-functional groups.
• Completing transportation process compliance procedures and performance reporting . 
• Collaborating with the material flow group to facilitate corrective action for internal and external process exceptions.

The Inbound Logistics Analyst will demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to influence others without authority and the capability to maintain positive working relationships with other members, functions, organizations and vendors in all daily activities.
