Job Responsibilities of Production Supervisor:

The Production Supervisor for Coalition America, Inc. will be responsible for:

• Workflow Management

• Production Reporting

• Resource Allocation

• Opportunities for Processes Improvement

• Supervision and coordination of production activities for the varying operational areas.

The Production Supervisor must:

• Demonstrate a proven ability to influence a team of individuals to adopt enhancements to their usual workflow.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity across differing departments to include process flow and technology improvements.
• Possess ability to review current and to recommend new performance metrics for varying operational areas.  This includes, by not limited to, metrics involving production volume, call handling and appropriate staffing levels.
• Demonstrate supervisory proficiency in a production based environment with particular respect to organizational, team and individual goals.
• Be able to discuss and provide examples of all of the above.
• Be proficient in all MS Office applications and spreadsheets.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all layers of management and employee base, from top to bottom, and influence decision makers.
•  Be analytical and detail oriented with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.

 Production Supervisor

• A Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university.

• Have 3+ years experience working in the healthcare industry with knowledge of PPOs, health insurance, medical terminology, and claims processing. 

• Have 3+ years supervisory experience working in a production environment and/or small call center environment.
