• Organizes, over sees, plans, develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates all aspects of the surgical service line in the region.
• A top candidate will have experience with leadership over multiple sites
• External interactions encompass physician groups, community agencies and/or external partners and more if necessary
• Minimum of (5) years progressively responsible positions of perioperative leadership, preferably in a medium to large multispecialty environment and ideally in small facilities as well

• BSN or Advanced degree in nursing field required

• Advance degree required or in process
• Minimum 3 years Operating Room nursing experience
