AAI Corporation, an operating unit of Textron Systems, is currently recruiting for a Senior RF Design Engineer. The successful candidate will perform as a practitioner in microwave/RF engineering design at the system, sub-systems and module/circuit card assembly level. Assignments will include the performance of analysis, research, design, implementation and testing requiring the application and knowledge of engineering principles and practices. This individual will work in a team environment using defined processes and design guidelines to meet customer requirements for sophisticated airborne electronic warfare system support. The position may also require the supervision and / or training junior personnel.

job Requirements
Required Skills
Position requires skills in microwave & RF engineering. Familiarity with simulation and CAD tools such as ADS, Genesys, Matlab & Autocad in performing MCM and RF system level design in frequency ranges up through 40GHz. Ability to work a wide range of designs that may include synthesizers, modulators, receiver front ends, up/down-converters & MCM assemblies. Familiarity with wireless communications, MMIC design and test instrumentation is desired.
Required Experience
Requires 7-10 yrs RF engineering experience with a BSEE Degree or equivalent education/experience. An MSEE is preferred with a concentration in RF/Microwave Circuit Design and Communications Theory.
Note: All candidates must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
