Description

Support Sales organization in management and order fulfillment of assigned accounts.

 

  • Accurate and timely processing of customer purchase orders.
  • Work closely with Supply Base Management (SBM) department including communicating any unique fulfillment logistics to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
  • Where applicable, escalate any issues impacting contractual or standard lead-time customer fulfillment
  • Maintain and distribute customer specific price lists
  • Coordinate communication of special pricing request approvals per SOX requirements to Sales Administration
  • Liaise with DH Sales Admin team for uploading customer specific pricelists into Oracle
  • Assist in projecting forward unit and drive mix requirements along with quarterly revenue estimates
  • Assist Sales Representative with maintaining forecast, design win pipeline information and NDAs in Siebel CRM as well as producing standardized reports
  • Ensure monthly revenue reports are provided to applicable Sales Representatives
  • Provide ad hoc revenue/units historical reports to applicable Sales Representatives as needed
  • Ensure customer evaluation units are returned or purchased in a timely manner and are accurately reported in weekly Oracle report
  • Assist Sales Representative in providing quotes to customers
  • Participate in customer quarterly business reviews where applicable
  • Manage registration process as applicable
  • Assist in contract approval process
  • Coordinate RFI/ RFQ / RFP responses
  • Respond to various ad hoc requests from Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Leads, Director of Sales Operations and VP Finance and Sales Operations
  • Recommends changes to policies and procedures that may benefit Sales Operations organization
  • Work with internal and external auditors on a quarterly/annual basis for SOX and ISO compliance
Requirements

Competency:

  • Proficient in excel and other MS-Office applications
  • Ability to construct excel worksheets and document processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to respond rapidly to ad-hoc requests
  • Understanding of Siebel CRM and/ or Oracle Noetix (optional)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to perform work with minimal instruction for daily work and general instructions on new assignments
  • Demonstrates sound judgement in choosing methods and techniques for resolving open action items.

Education and/or Experience:
Candidates should have a BS and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years Account Management or Inside Sales experience


Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Other MS-Office Applications

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Siebel CRM or other Sales Force Automation applications preferred
  • Noetix or other Oracle applications preferred
  • Familiar with Target Account Sales (TAS) or other sales methodologies
  • Able to effectively communicate with internal as well as external customers
