Hospital Chief Financial Officer

Description Our firm, Primacy Search Group, has been retained to recruit a Chief Financial Officer for a very strong full service acute care hospital located abut an hour north of Dallas. This is an outstanding opportunity and a very strong performing hospital.

The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a critical member of the leadership team and be a hands-on manager. This position will oversee all fiscal operations of the facility. Through staff reporting to this position, he/she has responsibility for all financial planning, compliance, financial reporting, business office and treasury functions, capital and operating budgets and contracting with providers and third party payers. This person will lean to operations and will work closely with the CEO in the strategic management and growth of the overall hospital operations.

Requirements Minimum Job Requirements are:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum of three years financial leadership experience in an acute care hospital.
• Five years of management experience as a supervisor/manager.
• CPA preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of hands-on management.
