Allstate Insurance Agency is looking for a full or part time 4-40 or 2-20 licensed individual for customer service and sales. Prior or current Allstate experience a definite Plus!!!!! Candidates must be self motivated and efficient with quoting auto and property lines. Candidate must have an excellent phone voice, excellent communication and written skills, and a positive attitude.

Duties will typically include:

• Contacting clients on cancellation lists
• Policy changes and updating policies
• Processing payments
• Filing
• Cross-selling existing customers with other insurance products
• Generating quotes
• Providing excellent customer service
• Providing support to the sales representatives

Wage: commensurate upon experience

As an agency staff member, you will be an employee of the agency and will not be an employee of Allstate Insurance Company or its affiliates.

• Must know EXCEL
• Prior Allstate Insurance experience preferred
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Must have ability to multi-task

A 440 or 220 license is required with mandatory one- year minimum insurance agency experience. 
Candidates without prior insurance experience will not be considered.
