Our East Hartford office has part-time opportunities available to fill Dialer Recovery Agent positions, with an extremely competitive hourly salary, plus commission! We offer flexible scheduling for evening hours, some Saturdays required. These exciting positions are key for managing the accounts of RMS’ highly visible customers. The Dialer Recovery Agent position is in an automated telephone environment with the following key responsibilities:
1. Contact debtors by telephone.
2. Negotiates reasonable payment options.
3. Secures payment and/or gather documentation to resolve the outstanding balance.
4. Independently handle small balance dialer files.
5. Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred.
2. One year of business experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of the Insurance industry is helpful.
4. Good negotiation skills required.
5. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Must have the ability to prioritize and be goal orientated.
7. Good computer skills required.
8. Must be proficient working as a team as well as independently.
