Description
.The individual will possess a technical degree; most likely am ME or IE degree. The candidate will have 10 – 15 years experience in manufacturing and hopefully at least five of those years would be in a machine shop setting. Out of the 10 – 15 years in manufacturing, five of those years would need to be in management roles. The individual will have had budgeting responsibility in their management position(s) and if the candidate has had P & L responsibility, that is a big plus. An MBA is not needed for this position, but, again, it is a big plus if the individual possesses an MBA. Since we are a job shop, service environment, some of that individual’s experience in manufacturing should be in a job shop environment.
