Seeking a responsible employee in an accounting position involving the performance of a variety of accounting functions.
The work involves the following critical functions: receiving, reviewing and preparing data entries, maintaining general ledger journals, performing reconciliations, monitoring budget expenditures and recommending a course of action. Other analytical tasks as well.
The work requires that the employee have knowledge, skill and ability in the application of accounting principles and practices, and computer hardware and software applications.
