STORE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Processing of loan applications and making loans
- Ensuring all transactions are accurate and all policies are followed
- Maintaining customer records
- Opening and closing the store
- Marketing and collection activities
- One of the best retail schedules available – No Sundays, half day on Saturday, close early evenings Monday-Friday
COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Starting Annual Pay: $21,944 to $28,886

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years previous experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, banking, or customer service
- Some computer familiarity or skills
- Able to work Monday to Saturday
- Interact with customers face-to-face and on the phone
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass credit and criminal background check
Preferred candidates will also have:
