• Recommend, Recruit, and aid in enrolling students into a higher education degree.  Recruit for bachelors, masters, and doctorate programs

• Present information to prospective students: this will include the school’s programs, tuition, fee schedules, refund policy, payment plans, school policies, and procedures.

• Evaluate each prospective student based on his/her needs, desires, interests, qualifications, motivations, and commitment.

• Complete and maintain all required paperwork and data entry in an accurate and timely manner. 

• Assist students with finalization of enrollment process and establish start date.

• Develop an ongoing relationship with the prospective student from enrollment through graduation.

• Acquire and maintain a knowledge base of the objectives, goals, and directions which reflect that of the school in general as well as the Department of Admissions.

• Performs certain other special project duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Pay: Starting salary of 40K

The ideal candidate will have:

• Associates degree and inside sales or full-desk recruiting experience required

• Experience working in a call center environment a plus

• One year of prior experience in Admissions within a proprietary school system highly desired

• A sales oriented attitude
