Assistant Team Manager






Position Overview:
The team meets every morning at the company van. The meeting time varies slightly depending on which area the team will be traveling to for the day. All 5-6 team members drive together in the team van to the screening location, usually arriving on site by 8:30 am. All of the equipment is then set up at the facility (mobile ultrasound machines, privacy screens, etc) in preparation for the participants to arrive. The appointments are generally scheduled between 9:00-4:00 Must be available for flexible hours, some Saturdays, and some overnight travel. . At the end of the day the team reloads the van and prepares to head home back to the designated meeting location. Responsibilities:

    Assist the Team Manager in directing and coordinating the success of each screening event and adhering to all clinical and administrative protocols and procedures.
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Team Manager with leading a team of 5-6 highly skilled healthcare professionals to ensure a successful screening event
    • Ensure a superior customer service experience for all participants
    • Perform the following screenings: Carotid Artery, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis, Atrial Fibrillation, and Complete Lipid Panel and Glucose
    • Participate in the set-up and break-down of equipment with your team for each screening event
    • Perform various administrative duties as needed


Job Requirements


Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound school or formal training program
• 6 months minimum experience (post graduate)
• RVT/RVS eligible or international equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Management experience preferred (does not have to be in the healthcare field)
• Strong leadership skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
