CALL CENTER THAT SERVES THE RETAIL INDUSTRY


Job Requirements

 

  • 2+ YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A MID LEVEL CALL CENTER

EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH BIG RETAILERS (EX: COSTCO, BED, BATH & BEYOND, KMART ETC.)

  • ABLE TO TYPE 45+ WPM ACCURATEL
  • COMPUTER & INTERNET SAVVY 
  • HIGH VOLUME OF DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE
  • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • ABLE TO PICK UP COMPUTER APPLICATIONS QUICKLY
  • ABLE TO LOG ALL TELEPHONE CALLS AND EMAILS RECEIVED ONTO IE DATABASE
  • ISSUE FEDEX RETURN LABELS TO CONSUMERS THROUGH FEDEX MANAGER PROGRAM
  • FOLLOW UP WITH FEDEX, AS NECESSARY, REGARDING OUTSTANDING CALL TAGS
  • ENTER ORDERS FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PARTS
  • PROCESS CREDIT CARDS FOR APPROVAL
  • PRINT AND REVIEW IE REPORTS TO ENSURE PROPER PROGRESS OF CLAIMS
  • PREPARE COMPANY ANALYSIS REPORTS MONTHLY
  • REVIEW COMPANY ACCOMMODATION REPORT ON A DAILY BASIS, TO ENSURE ORDERS HAVE SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF RETURNS
  • COORDINATE, REVIEW AND TRAIN ON NEW PRODUCTS WITH OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS
  • MAINTAIN AND UPDATE INTERCHANGEABLE PARTS LIST AND PARTS PRICING LIST
  • REVIEW AND APPROVE FEDEX INVOICES RELATED TO PRODUCTS RETURNED FROM CONSUMERS
  • MONITOR RETURN RECEIVING LOG TO ENSURE INFORMATION RELATED TO NEW PRODUCTS IS UP-TO-DATE
