RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE | LIFESTYLE CONSULTANT

Our NEW Massage Heights is now looking for an outgoing; people oriented, professional Lifestyle Consultant for our retreat.  The full-time or part time Lifestyle Consultant will work closely with our customers to provide an overwhelmingly positive experience to drive our business.  In this role you will be responsible for sales and delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, high volume therapeutic massage clinic.

Duties include:

• Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling retail products and memberships.
• Provide an overall “Massage Heights" experience by selling retail, elevations and retreat memberships.
• Assist in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room.
• Various duties as assigned by Retreat Management.

• Must be outgoing, friendly, and not afraid to sell!
• Sales or retail and customer service experience a must!
• Must be able to close, must be able to provide proof of sales closing numbers.
• Comfortable learning new computer program; prior computer experience required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, and retreat policies and procedures.
• Ability to sell memberships, elevations, and retail products.
• Able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends available.

Pay: Hourly + daily commissions + monthly bonuses based on sales volume and quotas.
