Description Responsible for supervising all FF&E field employees during installations, including warehouse personnel. Responsibilities also include coordinating deliveries with Warehouse Supervisor, including assistance with off loading inbound shipments and verifying quantities; reporting damaged received goods to Purchasing Department; maintaining return shipping documents from jobsite receiving; tracking and maintaining all installation tools and jobsite trailer; performing Owner walk-throughs, completing punch lists and getting client signoffs.

This is a working manager position which includes physically assisting in all FF&E installations, including unloading, unpacking and distribution of FF&E at the jobsite.

Requirements This position requires basic knowledge of blueprint reading for furniture floorplan layout and elevations. It also requires experience in workforce management skills and ability to schedule work and jobsite deliveries. MUST have 5+ years of experience in hospitality FF&E installation and be knowledgeable with OSHA Safety Standards.

This position also requires candidate to be able to properly lift/move items in excess of 100 pounds as sometimes required by FF&E installation process. Must be organized and able to manage multi-site crews and keep records accurate records.

Certification to operate lull lift a plus.
