Our Upper Marlboro, MD location currently has an opportunity for a Warehouse Shift Operations Manager to manage, plan and coordinate a shift operation for a warehouse distribution facility ensuring quality, safety and production requirements are met or exceeded.

Qualified candidates must have:
* HS Diploma or GED required.
* Some college credit is preferred.
* BS degree would be a plus.
* 3-5 years of general warehouse experience with a minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role.
* Knowledge of Warehouse safety regulatory standards
* Basic proficiency with personal computer operations.
* MS Office applications preferred.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems; voice recognition, Inventory control, Labor Management.
* Coaching skills for team development
* Fluent in English speaking and writing skills, secondary language a plus.
* Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills sufficient to communicate performance expectations and motivate and retain staff members.
* Ability to apply conflict resolution techniques.
* Certifications Preferred in Food Safety, Fork Lift Operator, HACCP.
