Description
Swedish Physician Division currently has an opening for a Clinic Administrator to manage the daily administrative and strategic operations of our brand-new Snoqualmie Clinic. This soon to be open primary care clinic is expected to be busy as soon as the doors open.
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including: supervising staff, managing budgets and, developing and implementing clinic initiatives. Working closely with the medical director, other clinic administrators, and SPD leadership, this position is directly involved in developing, and implementing strategic plans for the practice. This position may also be responsible for Back Office duties such as phone triage and rooming patients in time of need.
Primary duties include: working with the Medical Director and Service Line Director to prepare and recommend clinic budget, goals, and objectives; ensuring clinic compliance with policies & procedures including recording of community benefit services & costs; managing attainment of clinic financial performance targets & accreditation standards; making recommendations and implementing programs to improve customer service; handling customer complaints; mentoring and managing front and back office staff; and participating in developing strategic plans at the clinic level as well as organizational level.
