Karen Mojka's State Farm Insurance Agency is looking for a talented individual to continue our momentum of delivering quality Sales, Service & Skills where building strong relationships with the community is an absolute must. Primary Accountabilities:

 

The Sales Associate has the primary responsibility for:

 

  • Selling new business in the Agency
  • Follow the direction of the Agent
  • Bring new accounts to the Agency, as well as round existing client’s households
  • Responsible for reaching new business goals that have been agreed upon

 

Duties may include:

 

  • Calling prospects to solicit their account Quoting insurance plans
  • Preparation of proposals Securing and scheduling initial/follow-up appointments
  • Contacting current clients to solicit additional lines
  • Handling requests for optimal coverage, change of vehicle, and additional vehicles
  • Reporting daily activity, new sales, and progress on prospects contacted
  • The candidate in this role will have the opportunity to specialize in all the State Farm lines of business

 

Performance Measurements:

 

  • Reaching weekly, monthly and annual new sales goals
  • Rounding current personal lines accounts
  • Being available for Insurance and Financial Reviews Requirements
  • Possess Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Accident license
  • Must be a self-motivated individual
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Outgoing personality
  • Enjoy helping people
  • Must be ethical and honest

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Speaking fluently in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
  • Property & Casualty license is required prior to starting the positon
  • Life & Health license will be required in the future
