Restaurant Management

Day to day responsibilities of managing a restaurant. They include but are not limited to:

P & L monitoring, staffing and development of people
Food and labor cost controls
Local store marketing and implementation of national marketing events
Building and equipment repair and maintenance.

Requirements

Restaurant management experience and or management background a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
College background is preferred.
