Restaurant Management

Day to day responsibilities of managing a restaurant. They include but are not limited to:

  • P & L monitoring, staffing and development of people
  • Food and labor cost controls
  • Local store marketing and implementation of national marketing events
  • Building and equipment repair and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Restaurant management experience and or management background a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • College background is preferred.
